WHAT DID YOU WANT TO DO WHEN YOU WERE A CHILD AND WHAT CHANGED?

Absolutely, diversity is important because businesses require different strengths and personalities to have a strong, successful and cohesive team.

HOW GOOD IS YOUR WORK LIFE BALANCE?

Not good at all I’m afraid! After years it still isn’t something that I have mastered but I have learnt how to better manage it and also just accept that I’m a busy person and work is a big part of my life. If I expect fast results then I need to do the leg work and I’m in a position in my life right now where I’m able to do that dedicate that time and I’m happy to do so.

WHAT QUALITIES DOES BEING IN YOUR ROLE NECESSITATE?

Multi tasking, strong attention to detail, problem solving, the ability to interpret and bring ideas and concepts to life and to keep focus on the longterm vision.
